Where We Ship
We currently ship to Republic of Ireland. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us at [email protected]

 

Shipping Times
UK Orders: 2–5 business days
EU Orders: 5–10 business days
International Orders: 7–14 business days (depending on location and customs)

 

Delivery estimates are based on standard shipping and may vary during holidays, sales, or other peak periods.

 

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total. Free
shipping may be available on qualifying orders (e.g., orders over €75).


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.


Customs & Duties (International Orders)
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by local authorities. These are not included in your order total at checkout.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to love your Perpetua Fitness gear. If you're not fully satisfied, here’s how we handle returns:

 

Clothing Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange clothing within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In its original condition and packaging
• With tags still attached

To request a return, please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

 

Supplement Returns
Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on supplements, unless:
• The product is damaged upon arrival
• You received the wrong item

In these cases, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue at [email protected] We’ll either replace the item or issue a refund.

 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.

Please note:
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider

 

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at [email protected] within 7 days. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
